Chia Seed pudding
The basic recipe for any chia seed pudding, is 1 cup of fluid, like nut milks, mixed with 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and a bit of natural sweetener such as honey, maple syrup or blended dates. Other ingredients can be added to the basic chia mix. A few ideas of ingredients you could add is vanilla, cacao, cinnamon, fresh fruit, spirulina etc.
